Refund policy

At CharmRX, your happiness matters to us. If your order doesn’t make your heart sparkle, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings, hair accessories, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

To start a return, simply email us at charmrx.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll replace or refund it right away.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
