Shipping policy

We know you’re excited to receive your CharmRX accessories — we are too! All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, standard shipping charges apply at checkout.

While we do everything possible to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues or bad weather — please bear with us!

Make sure your address details are correct before placing an order, as we can’t be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
